Ashtoh Germany, in partnership with Shir Asset Management, acquired the Sachsenhausen job center in Frankfurt from a Switzerland-based fund for €20m. The seller was advised by NAI Apollo. The center, located on the corner of Geleitstrasse and Hainer Weg, offers 11,300 sqm of space. The buyers are planning to redevelop the property into apartments once the lease with the job center expires in about four years. There is another residential scheme located nearby the center.
