The home builder elacora has announced the opening of a new sales center at Plantation at Ponte Vedra. The new homes which start in price at over $600,000, will range in size from 2,600 square feet to more than 3,800 square feet. The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach is located in Ponte Vedra Beach in St. Johns County. Located off of SR A1A, it boasts an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay, a tennis center with seven Har-Tru® tennis courts. This phase of the project calls for 24 new homes.
