Echo Investment is relaunching its 艁贸d藕 office project. Going up on Pi艂sudskiego street, the scheme will neighbor the Silver Screen office and leisure center, the Novotel and IBIS hotels and Galeria 艁贸dzka. Originally known as Aurus, the investor said it will soon reveal the project鈥檚 new name and design by B鈥橝RT. Echo Investment is in the process of being taken over by Griffin Real Estate, which has applied to Poland’s anti-monopoly regulator for approval of a deal shareholders have already signed off on.
