Located at 3801 PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens, the 188,722 square foot building rises 10 stories and sits on a four story parking garage. Built in 1997, the asset last traded for $77.97 million in 2006 representing a loss on this transaction of $14.97 million. Currently 92.2 percent occupied, the tenant list includes companies like JPMorgan Chase, UBS Financial Services, Morgan Stanley, Fidelity national Title and RBC Capital Markets.
