Construction starts on Biscayne Beach condos in East Edgewater

1 May 2015

Vertical construction has begun on East Edgewater’s newest luxury condominium, Biscayne Beach, a 51-story, 399-unit waterfront tower located at 711 NE 29th St., along Biscayne Bay. Biscayne Beach is being developed by Eastview Development, a South Florida-based real estate development firm with projects across the country, including condominium and multifamily developments in Florida, as well as office and multifamily projects in New York. The chief amenity of Biscayne Beach will be the private beach, with 335 linear feet of land directly facing the waters of Biscayne Bay. The tower’s members-only Beach Club will include an elevated sandy beach with private cabanas, zero-entry pool, daytime concierge services, and a restaurant and bar.

“For Biscayne Beach, we have tapped the most talented industry leaders to help us deliver a development that draws upon the best elements of the beach and city while appealing to a global clientele,” said Reid Boren, a partner at Eastview Development. “Miami’s East Edgewater is one of the City’s most vibrant neighborhoods, centrally-located near key employment centers, cultural and entertainment outlets, shopping and dining destinations, and transportation links.”
