The Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America has acquired the Casa Palms apartments in Coconut Creek for $89.98 million. Located at 6112 to 6252 North State Road 7 (just north of the Sawgrass Expressway) the complex traded for $256,800 per unit. Completed in 2014 on a 17.4 acre site, the asset has 350 units totaling 405,716 square feet. A partnership between Boston based AEW and Orlando based Zom Holdings were the sellers.
