Outsourcing service provider Genpact has leased 22,000 sqm in the third building of office park Hermes Business Campus. Currently Genpact employees operate in two office buildings in IRIDE Metroffice located in Bucharest’s Pipera district.
Hermes Business Campus is an office project by the Belgian developer Atenor, located on Bd. Dimitrie Pompeiu in Bucharest which will have a lettable area of up to 75,000 sqm. The first phase of the project was completed in Q1 2014 and is currently 100 percent leased. A second phase, scheduled to open in Q1 2016, has already secured pre-lease contracts. The third building will be completed in December 2016 and will have a GLA of 30,000 sqm.
Genpact entered the Romanian market in 2005 when it opened a service center in Bucharest. Two years later it opened a second one in Cluj.
