Agito.pl, the Polish online retailer, plans to relocate its office to the Gdański Business Center I in Warsaw’s Muranów district. The company will move into its new headquarters in June where it will occupy 2,500 sqm. Cushman & Wakefield advised Agito.pl during transaction. The building was developed by HB Reavis Poland and with the conclusion of the deal now enjoys an 80 percent occupancy rate. Its main tenants include KPMG, SNC Lavalin, Provident, and Coloplast.The first phase of the complex was opened in June 2014, while construction of the second building is set for the first quarter of 2016. The total leasable space for full development, once complete, is over 98,000 sqm.
