Och-Ziff Capital Management Group, a hedge fund and private equity firm based in New York, has acquired a parking garage in Jacksonville. The 180 space garage is located at 317 Water Street and across the street from the Omni Hotel and traded for $6.2 million. The parking lot last sold in 2007 for $6.2 million and was recently valued at $2 million. Pacific Western Bank granted a $4.4 million mortgage for the purchase.
