Silviana Badea is the new head of JLL’s capital markets department in Romania. She will be in
charge of coordinating JLL’s eight current exclusive sales mandates. Badea comes to JLL after
acting as country manager of Valad in Romania, where she was responsible for the company’s industrial and office assets. In her new role, she will continue to promote Romania as an investment
target. In all, she’s accumulated 10 years of experience on all sectors of the real estate market
from an investment and agency perspective, and she was extensive knowledge of asset management.
