Revitalis is planning to build 146 apartments on Postplatz in Dresden. The developer recently acquired the 4,572 sqm construction site on the corner of Schweriner Strasse and Hertha-Lindner-Strasse from the city. The scheme includes 10,500 sqm of residential space, 1,900 sqm of retail space on the ground floor as well as underground parking for 160 cars. The project, scheduled for completion in 2017, was designed by MPP Meding + Projekt.
