Arpex, a distributor of decorative products, signed a lease on 3,300 sqm at Segro Logistics Park Gliwice. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the deal. The logistics park, located close to the Gliwice Special Economic Zone, can accommodate up to 200,000 sqm of warehouse and light industrial space on 48 ha. Buildings can be designed to suit tenants’ specific requirements, including office facilities on the mezzanine floor.
