KMD Poland signed a lease on 6,000 sqm of office space at Gdański Business Center in Warsaw’s Wola district. DTZ advised KMD on the transaction. The Danish IT services provider will launch its operations in the building in October. EMC Computer also recently agreed to take 1,000 sqm in the project.
Situated on Inflancka street, Gdański Business Center I is a part of the large-scale GBC office complex under development by HB Reavis. The project will offer as much as 98,000 sqm of space. Delivered in mid-2014, the project’s first phase offers 48,000 sqm of offices.
