3755 Property Holdings, a Doral based company managed by Antonio Pecorelli, has been granted a $10 million construction loan to build the Wingate by Wyndham in Doral. Located at the northeast corner of Northwest 37th Street and Northwest 78the Avenue, the hotel will have 84 rooms. The developer purchased the the 1.1 acre property for $2.1 million in 2013.
