Skanska Property Poland laid the cornerstone at its second Atrium office project in Warsaw’s Central Business District. The building, which has already secured LEED pre-certification, will offer 20,000 sqm of new space. Going up on Jana Pawła II street, the 15-story building is set for completion in the second quarter of 2016.
“Atrium 2 is a natural part of our exposure in the Warsaw Central District,” said Arkadiusz Rudzki, head of leasing and valuation at Skanska Property Poland.
