Iulius Group plans to expand Iulius Mall in Timisoara to include additional retail and office space. The new extension, called Open Ville, will be delivered in spring 2017. It will include a 55,000 sqm park, 70,000 sqm of office space, a congress building with 16 conference rooms and 36,500 sqm of retail.
Iulius Group was founded in 1991 by Iulian Adrian Dascalu in Iasi. Iulius Group’s Romanian portfolio includes four shopping malls (Iulius Mall Iasi, Iulius Mall Timisoara, Iulius Mall Cluj, Iulius Mall Suceava) and Palas Iasi.
