Lighthouse Group plans to start construction on additional office building at Harfa, next to the O2 Arena, in Prague-Libeň. Work on the €150m building should get underway following the world ice hockey championship in May, according to Lighthouse CEO Tamir Winterstein. The building will go up on land surrounding the arena that hockey fans will use during the championship.
Winterstein says that the building will offer 24,000 sqm of leasable space on six floors. Two other 24,000 sqm buildings, currently in the zoning process, are scheduled to be built at a later date. Plans also include a residential building with 600 to 700 flats. Prices will range between CZK 52,000 and CZK 57,000/sqm.
