San Francisco based Fowler Property Acquisitions has bought the Spanish Oaks apartments in Tallahassee for $6.8 million, or $50,746 per unit. The 134-unit, garden-style community is located at 1327 High Road in Tallahassee and offers 144,760 square feet. Built in 1975, Spanish Oaks underwent extensive renovation in 2014. Spanish Oaks is located near Florida State University, Florida A&M University, Tallahassee Community College, the Florida State Capitol, Tallahassee Mall and Towne South Shopping Center. Spanish Oaks was fully-leased and had a waiting list at the time of the closing.
