Taho Group affiliate, Third Avenue Development, wants to build a 32-story condominium tower near downtown Fort Lauderdale. Located at 401 N.E 3rd avenue, the project will consist of 217 condo units and 3,200 square feet of restaurant space. The building would total 481,570 square feet and have 374 parking spaces with six of the units on the first floor being live/work. The project would be the only high rise on its block. Most of the condominiums that are planned or under development in Fort Lauderdale are on waterfront sites. Taho Group bought the 30,625 square foot lot out of foreclosure for $850,000 in 2013.
