Central Group has started selling units in the latest phases of its residential projects in Prague 10-Pitkovice and Brandýs, a city northeast of the capital. Both schemes offer family houses. The developer claims there is strong demand for reasonably priced houses. Central Group has built a total of 125 houses in these two locations so far, of which only eight are still on offer. An additional 10 new homes, ranging from 126 sqm to 185 sqm and are on offer at the Brandýs project. Prices start at CZK 4m. In Prague-Pitkovice, 13 new homes will soon be completed. Prices there range from CZK 5.5m to CZK 9.9m. The houses in both projects are scheduled for completion before the end of this year.
