Keystone-Florida Property Holding Corp will present a new development plan for its Galleria mall to the Fort Lauderdale Development Committee. Located at 2620 E Sunrise Boulevard the scheme calls for seven mixed use towers up to 38 stories and 6,280 parking spaces to be built around the mall. The newly submitted plan will scale back the residential units and increase the commercial space. The new Galleria project would have 1,250 residential units, 13 hotel rooms, 105,796 square feet of office space, 51,345 square feet of retail, 13,200 square feet of restaurants and 4,000 square feet of financial institutions.
