Vistula Business Garden broke ground this week in the city of Kraków. The project will add more than 14,000 sqm of new office space to the local property market. Located on Marii Konoponickiej street, the scheme is already undergoing the BREEAM certification process. CBRE is overseeing leasing and marketing for the seven-story scheme, which will neighbor the city’s Hilton Garden Inn. PRC Architekci designed the project, while RE-Bau is overseeing construction.
