Avanssur, MSD extend their leases in WTT

Avanssur, a subsidiary of the insurance company AXA, the pharmaceutical company MSD and canteen operator Connect signed lease agreements totaling 5,500 sqm of space at the Warsaw Trade Tower. Connect moved into the building in January. Savills is the building’s exclusive leasing agent. WTT, owned by the Heitman fund, is the third tallest office tower in CEE and one of the most iconic features of the Warsaw skyline. Tenants include Altkom, Grupa Azoty, American Express, BP, Mattel and Dago.

Located on Chłodna street, near the intersection of Towarowa street and Solidarności avenue in the city’s Wola district, the Warsaw Trade Tower offers approximately 42,000 sqm of class A office space on 43 floors and provides both underground and surface parking for 473 vehicles in total. The tower is served by 12 elevators, traveling at a speed of 7 meters per second.
