The current CEO of Griffin Real Estate, Przemysław Krych, and his deputy, Maciej Dyjas, will replace long-time members of Echo Investment’s supervisory board, after the fund took over the Polish developer. Laurent Luccioni, George Graham, Nebil Senman and Stefan Kawalec will fill the remaining seats in the company’s board. Griffin is set to take over a controlling 41-percent stake in Echo from the company’s founder Michał Sołowow. The deal still needs to be approved by Poland’s antimonopoly regulator. A decision is expected in May. At this stage, Griffin is keeping its new strategy for Echo confidential.
