Maciej Zajdel, the former president of IVG, will replace Piotr Krawczyński as managing director of Kulczyk Silverstein Properties (KSP). Zajdel was dismissed from his position at IVG in March, after the Arese fund took over IVG’s portfolio. He has 17 years of experience on the Polish property market and in infrastructure investments. He joined IVG in 2006. He had been managing the fund’s portfolio, comprising 17 office and retail projects worth €400m.
