Vastint Poland, the real estate arm of Inter Ikea, completed work on the first phase of its Business Garden office project in Poznań, adding 42,000 sqm of space in four buildings. The scheme will comprise a total of nine buildings. The scheme has already secured LEED Gold pre-certification. However, the investor is hoping to secure a Platinum rating for its Poznań offices. Ahlqvist & Almqvist Arkitekter and Arcade Polska design the scheme, while PORR Polska is overseeing construction. Vastint also has Business Garden complexes in Warsaw and Wrocław.
