Goodman has completed a new warehouse at its Senec logistics park in Slovakia. The building will add 10,000 sqm of leasable space to the 40,000 sqm park. Agility Logistics, an international logistics provider based in Kuwait, pre-leased 4,000 sqm in the new hall. Goodman built the remaining 6,000 sqm speculatively and is currently in advanced negotiations with a potential tenant, according to Tomáš Ostatník, head of the industrial team at CBRE, which is overseeing the leasing process. Goodman owns 136,000 sqm of land in the logistics zone along the D1 motorway between Pezinok and Senec. Another warehouse developer, Prologis, owns 5 ha in the zone and recently secured leases with Gefco and DB Schenker for space in a warehouse it built speculatively. D1 Outlet is also going up in the Senec zone.
