Miami-based AHS Development has obtained a $16.49 million construction loan for its new project, The Palace, at Dania Beach. The 144-unit complex is located at 180 East Dania Beach Boulevard and sits on a 1.9 acre site. The development will have 8,000 square feet of retail space, a garage with 243 parking spaces and a rooftop pool. The project is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2016 while the land for the scheme was purchased for 1.6 million in 2013. Citibank granted the construction loan.
