Central Group has launched sales of the third phase of Residence Garden Towers in Prague 3-Žižkov six months earlier than planned. The developer has already sold 200 flats in the project since putting them on sale in September 2014. The complex will offer a total of 630 flats when completed in June 2016. Dušan Kunovský, head of Central Group, says that 100 flats within a month of the sales launch have sold. “Although we set prices 20 percent below the market average for similar product, we were still surprised by the pace of sales,” he says. Prices for units in Residence Garden Towers currently start at CZK 41,300/sqm, with one-room studios available for CZK 2.1m. This fall, the developer plans to launch sales for its new projects in Prague’s 5th, 6th and 7th districts.
