Gramercy acquires Jacaranda Business Park

The Gramercy Property Trust in New York has purchased the Jacaranda Business Park in Plantation for $52.13 million. The two-building property located at 1600 and 1601 S.W. 80th Street was built 1996 on 20.3 acres of land. The deal works out to $211 per square foot for the 122,167 and 124,382 square foot buildings. Formerly known as the Broadspire Building, they last traded for $44 million in 2010.
