MPC Capital acquired an office building on Rochusstrasse in Bonn for its Staytoo student housing platform. The company plans to start renovating the property into a dormitory this summer, with completion set for the end of 2016. The scheme will offer 4,530 sqm of living space in 160 apartments. It will include common areas as well as 56 underground parking spaces. MPC Capital recently bought a building Nuremberg that it will start renovating into student housing this summer.
