PSN has successfully completed the rough construction phase of the Rezidence Maroldka project in Prague 4-Nusle, marking a significant milestone in the development. Out of the 38 residential units in the project, only seven remain available for purchase, with some offering private roof terraces. The building will also feature four retail spaces and a communal observation terrace, with final completion expected by mid-2025.
With the reinforced concrete structure now finished, construction efforts are shifting to the interior. Current work includes the installation of heating and electrical wiring, with windows soon to be fitted and façade work set to commence.
The development includes 33 flats and five accommodation units, ranging from 1+kk to 3+kk and from 27 to 74 square meters in size. Many units come with a balcony or terrace, and all include either a cellar or basement storage space. The building also offers ample garage parking, complete with an electric vehicle charging station. A shared roof terrace will provide residents with a relaxing space to unwind and connect with neighbors.
“We are thrilled to have reached this important milestone and are pleased with the strong interest in Rezidence Maroldka. The fact that only a few units remain available highlights the appeal of this location. We believe the blend of elegant design and practical details will resonate with singles, young couples, and families alike, offering quality housing in the heart of the city,” said Jaroslav Macháč, Director of Residential Projects at PSN.
The modern apartment building, designed by the Ofstone studio, features one underground level and six above-ground floors. It is thoughtfully integrated into the surrounding block of flats in the sought-after Nusle district, an area that balances tranquil living with vibrant city life. The neighborhood is home to an array of stylish cafes, bistros, bakeries, farm shops, and various retail outlets.
