Kulczyk Silverstein Properties (KSP) secured a construction permit for its Ethos redevelopment project, set to go up on Plac Trzech Krzyży street in Warsaw. The investor is currently in talks to selected a general contractor for the project, which will add 1,700 sqm of new commercial space to the city, including 1,300 sqm of offices. Construction is expected to take until 2016. The scheme includes a five-story office component on a site neighboring Skarpa Wiślana. KSP is looking to secure a BREEAM Excellent label. MASS Projekt and Chapman Taylor designed the project.
