HFF has closed the $7.1 million sale of Hampton Inn Titusville/I-95 Kennedy Space Center, an 86-room hotel near the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida. The hotel was built in 2004 and traded for just under $82,560 per room. Milestone Hospitality purchased the property free and clear of debt. The hotel will be managed by Lincoln Hospitality Management, a company that provides turn-key hospitality management services to hotels, restaurants, condominiums and lounges across the United States.
