Penta is planning to develop flats next to the Bory retail zone in Bratislava. The project, Bory Home, is still in the planning stage. The first phase will include 10 five-story apartment buildings, offering 340 flats. Penta spokesman Gabriel Toth says the flats will be offered at “affordable prices.”
The new neighborhood will stretch across 3.3 ha and will offer services and infrastructure such as a pre-school and 450 parking spots. Transport infrastructure has already been completed, including a connection to the D2 motorway. The developer is planning to start the EIA process in two months and expects construction to break ground in 2016.
