Compson Associates has announced plans for its newest residential project, a 170 unit condominium high rise in Boca Raton called Tower 155. The downtown project will be adjacent to Mizner Park and will offer buyers 30 floor plans to choose from, along with a pair of 2-story penthouses with 10 foot ceilings. Compson also built the mixed-use Renaissance Commons in Boca Raton. “We are really proud of this latest development project, it has luxury written all over it. Tower 155 will feature top of the line features throughout the units,” said James Comparato, president of Compson.
