The SoBe Hostel in South beach has been sold for $8.28 million, or just under $927 per square foot. The two-story hostel, at 235 Washington Avenue, measures 8,933 square feet and offers 48 rooms. The purchaser is SoBe Hospitality LLC, which is managed by Jack Avid and Steve Oved according to state corporate records. Sobe Hostel was built in 1938 and last sold for $3 million in 2012.
