HB Reavis named Warbud general contractor for its West Stadion office project, which will go up in Warsaw’s city center, as a part of the Dworzec Zachodni scheme. The three-story office building will offer nearly 49,000 sqm of space. Warbud has until March 2016 to complete the project.
The Slovak-based developer is partnering with Polish State Railways on Dworzec Zachodni. the first phase of the investment, the railway station, is set for completion in the fourth quarter of the year. FS&P Arcus designed the railway station as well as the office building.
