Dr Phillips Inc. is partnering with Harbor Retirement Associates and Orlando Health on a new $75 million senior housing and health care community in southwest Orange County. The 180-unit Spring Lake Health & Living Campus will sit on 26 acres in the heart of the Dr. Phillips neighborhood. The community will have 80 independent living apartments, 70 assisted living apartments and 30 memory care units. In addition, the campus will have offices for primary care physicians and specialists from Physician Associates and Orlando Health Physicians. The 60,000 square foot medical building will be developed by Dr. Phillips Inc. The project is slated to break ground this summer, with the medical pavilion due for completion in the fall of 2016 and the first housing units a year later.
