The Kolter Group has purchased the Harbor Pointe condominium in Riviera Beach. Having bought the property $15 million ($405,000 per unit) the new owner plans to tear down the 37 unit complex. Before it replaces the building along N. Ocean Drive, however, the developer will have to get city approval for redevelopment. The seller was Harbor Pointe Association Inc., a group of more than 20 unit owners, which was represented by real estate broker Chip Armstrong. Kolter has developed the West Palm Beach condominiums One City Plaza and Two City Plaza.
