Corwin Capital plans to redevelop an old tobacco factory complex in Bratislava into a mixed-use project called Blumental. The developer says its centrally located brownfield will offer hundreds of apartments and flats, as well as shops, offices and restaurants. Located between Mýtna and Radlinskeho streets, it will also feature a new square. Corwin Capital plans to build 112 flats in the project’s first phase. Sales were launched at the beginning of 2015. The flats are on offer at prices in the vicinity of €2,600/sqm. The first phase is set for completion by the end of next year. The second phase will add more flats and a 10,000 sqm office tower. Blumental is scheduled for completion in 2018.
