After unveiling revised plans for its Griffit office project in Warsaw this week, Hines Poland said it is looking for new acquisitions on the the Polish market. “We’re returning to Warsaw’s office market as a developer, with two projects: Proximo and Graffit,” said Mieczysław Godzisz, CEO of Hines Poland. “While we remain focused on our existing schemes, the ones we’ve acquired over the years for our clients, we’re also searching for new acquisition opportunities, including office buildings.” Located near Warsaw’s Rondo Daszyńskiego, Proxim is set for completion next year, while Hines hopes to break ground on Graffit by the end of the year.
