Brickell City Centre’s second luxury condo tower has held a topping off ceremony, according to its developer. The Reach, the second of the two condominium towers, will have 390 units spread over its 43 stories with prices ranging from $595,000 to $2.7 million, excluding penthouses. The tower is nearly 80 percent sold and should be completed by the end of 2015. Located in downtown Miami, the $1.05 billion mixed-use development will span 5.4 million square feet and include 263 hotel rooms, 780 condominiums, 260,000 square feet of office space, along with 565,000 square feet of retail. Swirer Properties is the developer, which has fully self-funded the project.
