Alabama based homebuilder Battle Plan Capital is developing 26 luxury boat slips or “dockominiums” in Fort lauderdale. Harbour Twenty Six is located at 1500 to 1700 S.W. 17th Street along the New River. Formerly known as Pier 17, the property was acquired for $5.75 million in 2014. Prices will range from $1.8 million for a 120-foot by 35-foot slip to $3 million for a 170 foot by 40 foot berth. Denison Yacht Sales and Promarine Realty will market the project. Construction is slated to start in May with a completion set for summer of 2016.
“We took on the Pier 17 plans but adapted them to add additional focus for the captains and crews as well as an attractive and secure base for the owner to keep his/her yacht,” Battle Plan Capital CEO Nathan Cox said in a news release. “We will have a full club house on site, including work stations as well as a pool, cooking, cooking barbecue, entertainment and fitness area with 24-hour security.”
