CG Gruppe started work on 92 apartments on Cottaer Strasse in Dresden. The company plans to build 8,000 sqm of living space and underground parking for 92 cars. The total value of the investment amounts to €25m. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2016. The project will include three street-front houses, two blocks of row houses and three garden houses. The company also plans to build 240 apartments on the city’s Postplatz, investing €60m into the project.
