HFF, which will service the loan, secured a 10-year, fixed-rate note on behalf of the borrower, a client advised by Heitman. Located at 1650 N. Mills Avenue within the Mills Park mixed-used development, the five-story building has 310 units and sits on 4.23 acres. The property was finished in 2014
