CBRE arranges office sale in Orlando Central Park

CBRE has arranged the sale of a 133,075 square foot Class A office property next to the Orange County convention center in Orlando. Cardinal Point Management acquired the 8-story building at Orlando Central Park for $5,833,850 ($43.84 per square foot). The purchase also included an adjoining parcel at 1854 West Oak Ridge Road. Constructed in 1982, Lakeshore Center recently received $1.8 million in capital improvements. Orlando Central Park has the heaviest concentration of office space in Orlando’s suburban market with more than 400 corporate tenants, including Lockheed Martin. CBRE’s Ronald J.Rogg and Chip Wooten exclusively represented the seller in the transaction.
