Echo Investment secured more than PLN 100m (€25m) loan from BNP Paribas Bank Polska to re-finance its West Gate office scheme in Wrocław. The French lender has already backed the Polish developer with its A4 Business Park project earlier this year. Clifford Chance, DTZ and Tebodin Poland advised on the transaction. Going up at the corner of Na Ostatnim Groszu and Legnicka streets the 16,200 sqm project is fully-let and is set to go online next month.
