Infinity behind acquisition of Johnny Rockets building

18 March 2015

Infinity Real Estate affiliate IRE 728 Ocean Drive has bought the building that houses Johnny Rockets for $12.4 million. The New York based company paid just over $1,258 per square foot for the three-story, 9,852 square foot building. It offers retail space on the first floor and two residential units on the second and third floors. Built in 1952 at 728 Ocean Drive, the building is perhaps best remembered for being the location of the chainsaw scene in the movie Scarface. The building last sold in 2011 for $8 million.
