Los Angles-based developer Big Rock Partners has acquired a 15.4 acre site for $10 million for which it has submitted an application with the county to build an assisted living facility and nursing home. Boyton Beach based Civic Development Group sold the site located at the corner of Hypoluxo Road and Lyons Road west of Boyton Beach. Ventas Realty provided a $9.25 million loan to the buyer.
